International flight and liquid ancillaries??

Not sure about other international countries but in the United States and US Territories there is a 311 rule. 311 means no more than 3.4oz containers no halfull 8oz and 12oz etc... only 3.4oz not 4oz. The screener can be a real prick if you put your sauce in a 4oz bottle since the rule states only 3.4oz containers in a 1 quart or liter ziploc bag and one bag per person. the bag must be able to zip shut with no protruding bottles or containers. The bag must be removed from the carry on and submitted to the xray by itself or in a bin with your shoes and jacket. You can check all your big stuff with the airline in a bag but with carry-ons you are limited. Bring all the pills in your carry-on that you need since they are not considered a liquid, gel or aerosol. Perscription meds can be carried if they are over the 3.4oz limit as long as the perscription matches the boarding pass holders name and are prononced to the screener ie removed from the carry-on and placed in a bin. Hope this helps with flights in the states and US territories.

What about AIFM---put it in a ziplog bag or keep it in your carryon?
