"There is a transport and removal of water in general from the organism as a whole, and any water that remains is generally utilized in the musculature as a matter of priority. Strangely, this does not seem to apply to the smooth musculature, i.e. the heart, etc."
This is an interesting attempt at trying to explain stanazolol's activity, but I wonder if SHREDDED is confusing stanazolol's action with those of the normal dietary changes that many do during a Winny cycle. Since stanazolol is most often times used during cutting cycles (which often times utilize low carb intake), it is difficult to discern what is the diet's effect and what is the drug's effect. The real question is how many notice water loss when using stanazolol on a bulk cycle?
P.S. The heart is not smooth muscle.
Other possible explanations for the joint pains may be:
1. low carb diets, which cause diuresis and dehydration
2. reduction in estrogen levels. Estrogen is actually a potent anti-oxidant, and a protective agent in cellular damage during exercise. Studies have shown that estrogens reduce post-training pain and inflammation. A crude way to look at this would be to do a cycle with only stanazolol and one with stanazolol and testosterone, and see if the test protects against joint pain. Obviously, one could not take an anti-estrogen during this study.
"As far as site injections go, I can attest to the fact of localized detail, but not localized growth. I think that the water is transported more dramatically at the injection site for obvious reasons. "
Site injections cause muscular irritation, due to the crystalline nature of Stanazolol suspensions, which causes inflammation and edema...no other fancy reason.
"Remeber also that winny is pyrogenic."
I would like to see research on this. Androgens increase lipolysis in certain tissues, which will cause redistribution of fat stores. There is an increase in metabolic activity, due to the increase in protein formation and such, but not in wasted heat. If calories are reduced, or even maintained, then weight loss will occur, due to catabolism of endogenous fat stores.
"Another factor to consider is that winstrol is psychoactive. When you stop taking it, you're gonna be depressed, so be prepared for it as of now. "
All sex hormones are psychoactive, this is not specific to stanazolol.
As for the mention of stanazolol's binding to a novel androgen receptor isoform, this is interesting to researchers, but we don't have enough information concerning what occurs from this.
