it seems that i grow the best when i eat around 60% carbs
and rest fat and protein.

somehow i feel big and pumped on this diet.

Mr.X. what u think why i respond so good on this diet? Is that has something to do with high carbs ?

it works like a MF. Of course I guarantee that it will be criticized because of its relatively high carb make-up, but it works better than any diet you will ever use to bulk (it can also work to get cut but the cals have to be cut down). It is divided into two sectins: days you workout; days you don't. I'll start with days you lift: 1) Pre-workout meal= 158g carbs/53g prot. 2) Post w/o= same as 1. 3) 63g cards/42g prot. 4) same as 3. 5) 28g carbs/42g protein. Okay, now for days you don't lift: 1) 135g carbs/90g prot. 2) same as 1. 3) 67g carbs/45g prot. 4) same as 3. 5) 28g carbs/42g prot. Well, there it is, it will get you big as shit with putting on as little bodyfat as possible. Oh, one other thing, you're carbs should be complex carbs with the exception of your pre/post workout meals(they should be simple). As far as fat is concerned, keep it as low as possible and make sure to try and take in good fats, you do need some fat but not nearly as much as some people would make you think. Again, I really don't expect people to take this diet seriously because it seems this board has been brainwashed, but it works better than any diet out there that I have ever tried. It basically breaks down to 60% carbs, 30-40% prot., 1-10% fat (75% carbs/25% prot. before and after workout.

Well you would have guessed with a name like "sixtythirtyten"!!!

I also think sixtythirtyten may be my alter ego posting under a different name;)

Like I've always said, as long as protein is adequate and carbs are low-mid GI, you can cut fine and add lean mass very well on the type of diet that sixtythirtyten layed out. I agree the trick is to keep fats low and the carbs complex. Some of you younger folks can even get away with mainly high GI carbs for lean mass gains. But trust me, it WILL eventually catch up with you if you eat mostly processed carbs.....and if you are already insulin resistant then this diet may not work great for you.

First, MS you are correct, I see a correlation of the name, I think I'll run a check on the IP ...I'll let you know :)

Transporter,

Yes, due to all the insuline spikes I would expect for your to be pumped. You might have the great metabolic rate where this diet works well for you; unfortunately, most people do not have such an option.

I would recommend measuring your bodyfat/weight/measurements before and after the diet to see how much LBM you've gained vs. BF gains. I think if it works for you then good job, keep it up and keep us posted.

-what the hell are you guys talking about?
just because I disagree with practically everything that is posted on this board means that I'm being investigated. I am not trying to start trouble, I am just telling others the truth so they can grow and grow faster. I feel like freaking Bill Maher after he said the stuff he did after 9/11. Why do you guys think I am someone else? I really don't get it. I apologize if I am causing problems but all I am trying to do is give people a different perspective on dieting.

We're joking. I know for a fact (and so does Mr.X) that you are not my alter ego!!! That was merely my way of saying I agree with ya and I also do well on this type of diet. Not everyone agrees with you because not everyone does well on this kind of diet, and I think factors such as age, gender and shitty eating history (thus some level of insulin resistance already in place) have a lot to do with whether or not it works for different folks.
