Interesting Carb thing

I have been lifting pretty serious this last half year for a goal I have.

By Default the whole time I kinda of naturally eat low carb when I am in intense training ( 150 grams or less which for a Big guy is little)

I have done this Not by choice but rather its what my body wants.
When I don't lift my body want the opposite, CARBS!, and not very much protein.

I have taken 2 weeks off do to a transition in training and just a bit of break. And in this time I have eaten carbs more normally.

Results?:

NEVER have a gained sooo much FAT this fast lol.
I am not worried cus it will come right off, but 6 pounds of water fat in 2 weeks is Startling.

Now I know why the US population is in the state its in and how carbs really put the metabolism at a competitive DISADVANTAGE to live healthy.

I have no Insulin issues, i just went back to a normal Amercian Diet in the transition. And can tell if I eat this way I would gain another 10 easy.
 
I am on very low carbs also. Eat them before and after training. Dropping BF fast. This diet has always worked for me.

and I can say this is not Thyroid related which is what i used to think
its strictly carbs PERIOD lol
 
switched my carb cycle:

sunday: 50 grams
monday: 50 grams
tuesday: 0 grams
wednesday: 300 - 400 grams
thursday: 0 grams
friday: 50 grams
saturday: 500 - 800 carbs clean and low carb all day till cheat meal at night which has the carbs and shit in it.

the 50 grams carbs you see is just dextrose post workout.

fantastic results. i always knew i was not my best when having "normal" carb levels but this is simply the reinforcement to me that all the online diet gurus are full of shit. not everyone needs carbs. ive balanced and increased my omega 3, 6, and 9 efas by taking in fish oils for 3, safflower oil or coconut oil for 6, and olive oil for 9. no drop in strength and always feel full, never flat.

carbs for some just dont aid in fat burning.

Yeah this is mostly what I would do

50 carbs In the AM

WORKOUT

30-50 Postwokout meal

30-50 Late Afternoon meal ( as opposed to night)

compostive in this order

~so called organic brown rice ( which i belive still yields a massive insulin burst DESPITE what we all are told that it does not do)

~Wheat Breads

~Wheat Tortillas, which are still broken down easily I feel do to the grind of the wheat

~Fruits

~cake ( just kidding)

well within my tried an true BMI needs

Basically I swapped any protein Grams to Carb Grams under the same Calorie numeric need for energy.
