Interested in starting a cycle...

Age: 22
Height: 5'8"
Weight 170
BF: Sitting around 12% (it gets a bit lower every now and again)

Training:
I have been training for a little over two years. Right now im about to finish up a bulking phase and my diet consists of around 2600-2800 calories with approx 225g protein, 300-350g carbohydrates and usually no more than 30-60g of fat a day. I still do cardio to stay in shape, but try to keep it to once or twice a week to keep from eliminiating my caloric excess.

Current Supplements:
Whey Protein
Multivitamin (Animal Pak)
Creatine
I have also taken a two 6 week cycles of Novedex XT in the past 6 months or so.

Why I am considering a cycle, and what I am trying to accomplish with one:

In the next month or so I plan on going on a cutting cycle to try and get my body down to 7-8% BF, and tone up a bit. I have tried cutting down before in 6 week phases but I feel like my muscles are obliterated, my strength doesn't really decrease but I feel like I lose alot of the size that I put on during the bulking phases and though I can get to a low body fat % (right around 8%), I can tell that my body lacks the definition it could have if I can eliminate any loss of muscle and maybe even gain some during the process. Right now I am pretty happy with my size, but I wouldn't mind getting somewhat bigger - I just want to make sure I can eliminate losing muscle size and strength during a cutting phase.

As far as the training routine I have planned it will probably look something like this

Diet:
around 225g of protein a day
200-280 or so grams of carbs
30-90g of fat
I will also cycle in and out high carb days and low carb (higher fat) days

Weight Training
4 days a week, either a split routine (A and B workouts twice a week) or a 4 day split with superset excercises.

Cardio
High Intensity Interval Training - around 5 days a week, seperated as far as possible from my weight training during the day.

With all that said, I was wondering if I could get some direction as to what type of product I should be looking for as well as any other advice I can get about the cycle I am trying to portray. I have read up on some of the sticky's and whatnot, so I have somewhat of an idea of how to be safe - however, like I said it will probably be the middle or end of june before I start a cycle so I will try to do as much research as I can before then with whatever advice I can get.

Thanks in advance

you can cut up a lot more naturaly, if you peaked your diet and cardio correctly... Turning to gear isnt going to answear all your goals and desires, instead if not researched nor used correctly it might give you unwanted sides and such...

I gotcha housemusik, but that's why I'm here - to do research. I'm not going to jump headfirst into anything right now. However, I am very close to where I want my body to be as far as muscle tone is concerned, but whenever I cut I lose some of that and end up having to bulk up again just to try and get back to it and gaining more fat - I feel like I'm running in circles, moving between the right amount of bodyfat and muscletone, but not having either at the same time.

I'm not looking for a miracle, just answers. Is there a cycle out there that would work for me? If so, let me know whatsup so I can do my research with a bit more direction.

Welcome to elite, you will need at least one gram or more of protein for every pound of body weight,Are you using the same routine over and over? I would suggest supersets.

Click on the gladiator symbol for a taste of legal gear, a word of warning ,it's potent stuff, you should be able to put on as least 10 lbs running a cycle.

Drink a ton of water, take milk thistle & cranberry juice.

At first I used the same routine for a while, but then started doing research and realized it wasn't getting me anywhere so I started changing up my routines every 2-3 months or so.

As far as cutting is concerned it takes me about 10 weeks or so to cut down to where I like, so I'm not sure if I should change my routines up too much during that period seeing as the interval is pretty short. However, this time I'll watch my progress and react accordingly.

Thanks guys for all your help. I really appreciate it.

I give you props for researching first insted of jumping into anything without know what the compounds do & side effects!
