Over the past few weeks I have been getting intense headaches during my workouts. I usually do about 4 - 5 lifts and after the first lift it starts. I was wondering if anyone had expierenced this before or knows what is happening. One thing that I noticed the past two times it happened is that I ate a meal probably 20 - 30 mins. before I started my workout. I don't know if this has anything to do with it or not.
