intense bicep/chest workout

last night i had a pretty intense workout you know growling to get those last reps in but here's what it looked like.

superset
inclined bench press 5x5
preacher curl (barbell) 5x5

flat bench 5x5
consentrat. 3x5
dumbell curls 2x5

I normally don't do 3 exercises per muscle group but i wanted to get full contraction and the consentrations were getting too hard so i switched to dumbell not wanting to lower the weight.
I was gonna do preacher curl and barbell curl but i think thats way too much barbell what do you think??

Never been a fan on moving blood from one region of the body to another.......but, to each his own..........

you like to do 1 exercise than go to another after your sets??? see now i do that a lot of times too like for the flat bench here bro i couldn't do flat and preacher curl superset ,first of all too much taking off weight and also it would prolly diminish my power to get my curls in.
so i did 5 sets of flat bench and then dumbells. I havent felt my bis this much before (day after) it prolly has to do with a number of things; first of all i hadn't done preacher curl in quite some time and its the best for your bis(isolated), second of all i had a lot of rest and forgot how sore i get, and third of all its a heavy routine i did but i like it I'll see the results i get from now to april I want to get my arms 1/2 bigger, my squat 50lbs heavier, bench 25 lbs heavier, and my calfs 1 inch bigger. So if i'm far off on the goals by april i'll tell you that its too much intensity.

do you mean you do all parts of the bicep workout first, then you do the chest... am I correct in this...

Is this the most effective way to do it? b/c I've never heard of this.
