Hm.. pressuming that you keep your protein intake moderate on the week days,then sure.Eitherway,too much protein will replenish the glycogen stores.Not so much but it would be better to keep protein ~1-1,5g./pound.
If you still want to keep your protein intake high during the weekdays,it would probably be better to eliminate the refeed duration to 1 day.(it always depend on your bodyfat levels)
