Hello well I am 26 this is my 4 year in the gym (2 years natural) this is my 4 cycle, my weigh is 230, my heigh is 72". I do a deep research about AAS and I read insuline is good for put mass but is very dangerus and can kill thats why I want to now which part of the day will be better, also if you can give me some tips I will apreciate
