hello the question about insulin is what part of the day is better for use I do a deep research but in any of the report dont say this info so if you can help me I will apreciate. thanks

Hello well I am 26 this is my 4 year in the gym (2 years natural) this is my 4 cycle, my weigh is 230, my heigh is 72". I do a deep research about AAS and I read insuline is good for put mass but is very dangerus and can kill thats why I want to now which part of the day will be better, also if you can give me some tips I will apreciate
 
I am sorry but I am an avid insulin user and from your post, you do not have right to being using insulin at this moment in time.

Types of insulin - fast/medium/long

what time to inject - but you don't mention what type insulin you are using - You can get away with injecting some insulins closer to bed time (not right before bed time than others).

26 years old - stay away from insulin for now and just add an extra anabolic in to your cycle or up the dose if you must.
 
theirs only one time I use insulin, right after a workout. fast acting humalog only. folowed by 10g of fast acting carbs per iu.

if you mess up, you die! this is not something to be taken lightly.

bro you aren't ready for insulin. as my fellow board members have already
indicated, insulin is VERY dangerous. it's not for the novice or intermediate
bodybuilder. you stated that you are 6 feet 230. you didn't give your BF. i'm
guessing you aint 8%. you are big bro! do a SANE cutting cycle. train a few
more years before you consider insulin. there's other ways to manipulate
your insulin. add 10 grams of whey protein isolate to 20 oz of gatorade.
drink a quarter of it right before you train then sip it throughout your
session. i learned this trick from an IFBB pro.
