Insulin?

Where can i find some information on how to use insulin correctly. . . just everything about it pretty much would like to do some research . . . .

Seriously insulin should only be used by competitive body builders....way to risky in my opinion. Although it is legal and you can get it at walmart or cvs. Or wherever there's a pharmacy.
 
insulin Is by far the most dangerous BB drug. It should only be used by pro bodybuilders and and absolute experts. There isno room for error when fucking with insulin
 
bro the dangerous of insulin are way over hyped in my opionion.. start out small bro.. 5 ius post workout.. i used humalog.. make sure your pwo shake contains at least 10 grams of simple carbs per iu.. so if you take 5 ius you want at least 50 grams of carb in you pwo shake..first couple times i did it i doubled that dose though and i chewed on some glucose tabs just to be safe.. you can die but if you have carbs around and you dont take too much you will be okay

Hun, you can naturally get your insulin to kick out post workout with taking simple sugars.

The body's endocrine system is a very finely tuned system, and there is an ebb and flow to it.

Insulin suppresses growth hormone, so while insulin is an 'anabolic hormone' what it actually does is really store all the various nutrients, put amino acids into muscle, stores glucose as glycogen in muscle and liver, and fatty acids as triglyceride in fat.

You could just make yourself fat with insulin, and more than likely, the fat will be around your belly.

There is a real problem right now with people and insulin resistance, and they get OBESE and develop type II diabetes.

One of the triggers for insulin resistance is hyperinsulinaemia.

IMHO, insulin use is highly over-rated. The pros that use it have HUGE amounts of muscle and may need a bit extra insulin to get the amino acids into their muscle. If you are not this, you will produce enough by taking in glucose or dextrose with your PWO shake.
 
Not looking for cheap alternative, just heard its more anabolic than AAS if i ever did use it , i would use AAS with it
 
I always like the info that basskilleronline.com has . Great info on fina , Igf , and his insulin advice seems on track with everything I have read and on the safe side (safe as insulin can be I guess) . I'm about to throw in 3 weeks with the prop/fina I am doing . Just do as much research as you can before you even consider the slin...
