Stays active between 6-8 hrs.....I used to think that as well until I read the insert.

I've read the same, but I never feel it after the first 4 hours.

I get fat as hell with slin. I can go with out rectal cancer too. Thats just me. I hate the stuff. Then again.. I'm the guy that gets suicidal if I go to 10% bf!

I hear you....I don't feel it after an hour and I'm happy about that...but that doesn't mean its not doing its job.
