What kind of schedule did you guys use when taking insulin?
I am starting a little 6- 8 week cycle of fina, test and T3. Wanted to add some slin to boost things. My dosages are as follows:

Fina: 150mg EOD Weeks 1 - 8

Test: 400mg Weeks 1-8

T3: Need some help here as to what works best. I have 3 different schedules to pick from. Any advice is welcomed.

I will finish up with something to kick start the natural production of test at the end.

My diet will be basically a Keto type with emphasis on cutting some bf. the reason for the aas is to keep from getting too catabolic.

Whats your thoughts?

The fina and test look good but I would say run the test for at least 10 weeks. Insulin is awesome for bulking but can add fat. It is hard to use when cutting as you need to take in alot of carbs during the peak hours while its in your system. I would save the insulin for bulk and make sure you really know what your doing when you do take it.
 
insulin, is it worth it? i've heard horror strories, never tried it myself. goodluck.
 
I added insulin after a long plateau in my cycle. Only took it for 2 weeks as i started to party a little bit too much and decided to take a week off from the gym. But i gained 7 lbs. in those 2 weeks. Insulin will now be an addition to all of my bulking cycles, and possibly my cuttin cycles as i do not seem to be very to sensitive to it. I only got up to 10 i.u.'s but i could go for a while with no carbs and felt fine. If you've never done insulin before, dont interpret my post as meaning that i dont think that insulin is dangerous. Remeber that everyone reacts differently to everything. There's a difference to someone who reacts differently to gear, and doesnt grow as fast, and someone who reacts differently to insulin, and dies. Respect it, and start out slow. If you're not ready to be 100% disciplined, then its not for you.

back to the original question. Insulin should be run 4 days on 3 off, and for only 3-4 weeks at a time with the same amount of time off. Search for acneman's faq if you're considering doing it.

just incase a newbie is reading this do not try this out at first.. it obviously worked for him but this could kill someone..

could you post your diet while on the slin?
 
Sure,
Let me give yu some stats:
Weight: 228
BF%: 19.93%
Goal: Decrease BF to 15% while trying to stay clear of a catabolic state.
Timeline: 8 to 10 Weeks

Diet will consist of Ketosis for 2 weeks then gradually adding 5 grams of carbs a week.

Protien: 1.5 grams per Lb of Bodyweight. Mainly chicken and beef with some protien supplements such as whey.

Total calorie intake per day will be between 1875 and 2100. This will be adjusted as the cycle progresses.

Using insulin while dieting is very dangerouse.

Insulin is a bulking not a cutting drug IMO. Insulin will most likely put some fat on you- so if youre trying to lose fat i wouldnt use it.
