Hey anabolic...If I was to use celltech and glutamine after shot, then 20min later 66g whey protein, would this work for enough carbs? going to use humlin R 10iu's post workout

Hey can you Diabetics do me a favor and make Humilog OTC too please? Doesn't make sense...if you need insulin quickly, and you use the fastest acting ... why not make it OTC? LOL...

Columbo- Don't use cell-tech with insulin. The alpha lipoic acid will increase you're insulin sensitivity which will affect how much slin you can tolerate. Just go with a simple high glycemic index carb drink, and creatine if you choose, first with your slin and then your protein- AD
