Insulin Usage....How i Do it.

I did a search a saw a thread relating to slin usage and how to use it...this is how i use it.

Before my w/o i shoot 10iu of Humulin SubQ....and sip on drink containing 10gm glutamine and 75gm dextrose and have gluc tabs with me in gym bag.

After w/o shoot another 10iu IM....Then 15-20min later drink a shake contaning 50gm whey/100gm dextrose/10gm glu/5gm creatine.

Then 45min later i have a VERY LOW/ZERO fat meal with carbs/prot...

This seems to work pretty well.

I would NOT suggest to inject just BEFORE workout. It's supposed to be injected after workout !! (or eventually 15-20 minutes before you would end the workout).

Othervise you might get to low bloodsugar, and you DON'T want that in a middle of a workout.... (then you'll get tired, less strenght/power and so on... definetly dangerous !)

Run Humalog instead, easier to handle and works faster, gets faster in your body and gets out of your body sooner as well...
 
Tthats the reason for the shake during the w/o and the glucose tabs....Also this assumes you had a no-fat pre w/o meal w/ high carbs and moderate protein.

Ohhh i dont know why you think you would loose strength....with all the carbs your eating before, during, and after the w/o... the insulin drives and forces those carbs into your muscles where they are used....if anything you have greater strength you just have to insure your getting enough carbs...yes it takes discipline...

The IM injection afterwards GREATLY speeds up the onset of the humulin so watch out and be prepared.

I have done this many times....you talk about about a pump...lol....you cant even imagine unless you give it a try....Imagine the feeling that your muscle are RIPPING thorugh your skin and your veins are popping out in places youve NEVER imagined.
