ok, i'll tell you....but you need to address me in the title next time as "insulin guru BIG FED help!!!!". lol. its good for guys like us (little shits or skinny shits).....at first you will gain like 6-7 lbs just with the slin and your usual bulking diet and using 8-10iu.....then you need to start upping calories to insane levels. but if you use 12iu and mega calories you can't lose, and will continue gaining. like stated i take in about 320 carbs and 100 protein (1300 cals) in the 2 hrs post injection (humulin R) (12iu). i am killing myself to get the calories in. its fucking me up, since i know i should have put on more weight so far. but i'm using more powders dense in calories now later in the day after the three heavy duty post insulin feedings. so basically the diet (eating enough carbs especially at the right time) is key. someone like me or you doesn't need to eat as clean though. with fast metabolisms. so that is a good thing. concentrating and staying focused on 5-6000 cals minimum each day IS the hard part though. for me at least. bascially should work similar for your situation in-between cycles.
