Does anyone know how much insulin is worth?

Novomix 30 - 5 disposable pens - 3ml each (100U/ml) w/ disposable needles 0.8mm

So thats 15ml's of insulin

humilin is faster acting, ,, im on novomix, its longer acting eg:

i only need 2 shots per day instead of humalog and humilin you'd need 4 shots per day if I am correct.

I've only used the Humilin R and never gone passed 8iu's twice a day and thats about as far as think I would take it ...Its just scarey stuff, I've heard the longer acting are supposed to be steadier and easier to use but I know exactly how my body reacts to the R and when I have to take in what calories .
