Insulin only cycle Results

Recently after starting my insulin only cycle, I joined this board and had asked a few questions on insulin only cycles. Unfortunately it would appear not too many people have done this or were not willing to discuss with me.

I am not a beginner and have been training for more than 10 years and did a first cycle about 10 years ago, maybe a bit less. I researched for more than 2 years on all substances I have used and continued to do so while on and off cycles.

I am not advocating or recommending the use of insulin but when used correctly can result in extremely favourable results. Please note I have used insulin for many years (although not diabetic) but have never done an insulin only cycle. When used in incorrectly, insulin is a deadly hormone that can kill quicker than any other - literally in hours.

I have, in the past, always used insulin with t3/eca/clen and testosterone. Unfortunately this time round I did not have the access to anything other than insulin and ripped fuel 5 x and that is exactly what I did.

I built up to 10iu's taken twice daily - once in the morning and once after the workout (around 6pm my bedtime is 10:30-11:00pm) - of course anyone who knows insulin will, off the block, understand from the information already provided that it was humalog I was using:

Day 1: 5iu's morning - 6iu's post workout
Day 2: 7iu's morning - 8iu's post workout
Day 3: 9iu's morning - 10 iu's pst workout

Day 4 - Day 10 (was planning on 13days but results have been great so stopped here and going natural for 6 weeks before starting another cycle) : 10iu's morning and 10iu's post workout (or on days off 10'ius at around 6pm)

I am taking 10grams dextrose per iu and start drinking 10 minutes after injection - I drink slowly over 20 minutes and then take a 10 minute break before my protein drink at 80g of protein which again takes 10 minutes to drink. My very last shot, I increased to 12iu's (and had diorhea - one of the sides of insulin). It was only at this dose I experienced any sides but I spent a good few hrs running back and fourth to the bathroom.

An hour after the injection I eat a meal with 5-10 grams of fat, 100 grams of carbs and 40-50 grams of protein.

I have gained 9.3kgs and increased all maximums by 9-15% an example is my bench went from 140kgs to 155kgs - I have not gained a centimetre to my waist although I paid very close attention to my diet.

My muscles are much harder and fuller, strength is up, fat levels appear to be the same and I could never have gained this ammount of weight on anything else in the same period of time. Having done most substances, if there was one I could have readily available, it would be insulin but preferabbly with testosterone.

I am sharing this post for the more advanced users on here and would never recommend insulin to those who are not fullly educated or have carried out enough research to make correct informed decissions.

Also note, insulin becomes more harmful to those over the age of 30.

I am not expecting to receive any feedback on this post but one or two people did ask me to keep them informed of my progress and I did receive a PM about it so here I have posted it.

Next time around I will be combining with either enanthate or winstrol and will run the insulin for 15 days - possibly taken 3 times a day but at 8iu's max each time. I am still contemplating.

The idea is the following. After an adult is full grown the chance of encountering insulin resistance after even a small dosage is increased. Thus resulting in higher sugar level in the blood and significantly increase the risk of a coronary.For unknown reasons, cells in people with insulin resistance begin ignoring the hormone's commands. The body responds by creating ever more insulin -at a price. The excess somehow instigates biochemical changes that damage blood vessels. This is even more frequent when used by individuals that are endurance trained athletes (insulin resistance is higher in athletes).

This does not even touch on the problem of higher levels of oxidation in the blood after only few usages. Needless to say that after all the shown health advantages of anti-oxidants, having higher levels of oxidation is not recommended.

Additionally, a study in 2005, has proven that even with single minimal dosage the reproduction capabilities of a male can be impaired by insulin use.

On top of this, insulin can be fatal if it takes so much sugar from the blood that the brain receives too little oxygen and energy. This risk is increased by more than 700% in male adults over the age of 28.

As a closing, the olympic committee suspect that more than 40 athletes have died in the last decade due to insulin resistance.

Yes, after 10 days of insulin usage but a while being completely natural, I gained 9.3kgs (slightly over 20lbs) on a 10day cycle of insulin. Unfortunately in this part of the world there is or seems to be little availability of dextrose and as such I was on Cell Tech (only for the dextrose) twice a day (each time after insulin injection).

Additionally 20lbs on someone who is 5'5" is a massive and freakish gain, someone who is an extra 12" taller, 20lbs is not really all that special considering there is far more space to force carbs (thus water) and aminos in to muscles.

As you probably know, insulin shuttles aminos and glycogen to muscle cells and with the increase in carbs comes an increase in water. For now, I am overwhelmed with the increases I have gained!
 
insulin is not in my bag of tricks (just too dangerous for me and i don't compete, nor am I anywhere near a plateau where i need to take it to another level) but i appreciate your honest observations.

I look forward to your progress and please report the good and the bad.
 
10kgs alot of it must be water, when did u get off cycle i wonder how much you will lose, but 10kgs in 10 days is awesome especially for 5'5 im 5'7 20lbs would be awesome on me
 
Sorry, I perhaps didn't make that clear - I am 190cms + not 5"5 (I was just making a point that if I was 5'5" it would have been freakish but because I am not, it looks pretty even.

Of course when there is an increase in carb uptake and glycogen storage there will be water gains. But along with water comes an increase in strength / muscle size etc allowing more amino storage.

I honestly do not feel I have put on too much water and become puffy but there is definitely water gains with my 9.3kgs.

I am definitely not recommending the use of insulin!
 
I have heard of a " crash effect " once off a slin after 7-10 days.

Insulin pumped massive amounts of gylcogen into the muscle cells,After being off slin and training hard the super insulin induced storage will be short lived.

have you noticed this to be true a week after being off slin a more flat feeling and weight loss?
 
Thanks for sharing your slin cycle Bro. I'm amazed that you put on that much in 10 days. Please let us know how you are doing in another week or two.

In a nut shell this is true but to what extent depends on how it is being used. As you pointed out, insulin basically shuttles aminos and carbs (once broken down) to the muscle and of course carbohydrates lead to a water increase so once being off some of that gains will be lost. It is roughly 10 days on and I have dropped 2 kilos but my muscles are much fuller and still bigger. My strength is still the same as when I stopped the cycle so overall I am still up.

This is really the only time I have done a slin only cycle so cannot tell you the avg. percentage of gains kept but I would estimate this at between 30-50 percent with only very slight losses in strength to be expected (I havent lost strength).

Just started my winstrol cycle at 100mgs daily in biceps (was planning to run test with it but it was fake). Will find out tomorrow if I have access to some test. In which case I will just run at 500mgs every 5 days with 1000mgs for the first week. If I get the test I will not run insulin with it, if I don't I will.

Of course on a number of health supplements.

Hi nzrodney, I have answered this above :)

Doing pretty good and am happily pleased with the results.
