Please help Question on Insulin NovoloLog Pen

Has anyone ever used this version of insulin?

Could any please tell me how to use it. I cannot take any other type of gear for I get tested for Steriods. So GH and Insulin are pretty much my only option.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
