Insulin for the first time

Hey guys been looking at different aas, gh, and other ways to 'help' my lifting life and decide to start trying slin. Mainly cause its dirt cheap and legal, got a bottle of humilin r and 10 needles for 17 bucks.

I'm on a cutting diet right now (CKD) and going to use it to get into keto quicker. I also have a question, would injecting after my work out on the carb up day and eating clean help me gain any muscle (hopefully!) or at least loose less muscle on the diet? I've ready Iron masters slin primer and other sources to get ready for this. Going to carb up after the shot with skim milk (good for protien and carbs) my question is should I use a glucose with this or is lactose fast enough? Also going to drink a normal protien shake and some malto after the initial milk does that sound good? Next question is about the 10 G / iu is that total for the duration of the effect (4 hours) or is that for each of the 3 or so shakes/meals I'll have over the 4 hours.

Next is about bulking, once I get down to a good body fat gonna start putting on weight again, going to go with whatever amount of iu's I get comfortable with during the keto diet carb up. Also going to throw in creatine and glut for the bulking phase. Does everything here look good? I'd love any advice especially from Ironmaster or other experience slin users, wanna be ready for this before I begin:D

I wouldn't use slin on a cutting cycle or for a keto diet...I would use insulin potentiators like Ginseng, Alpha lipoic acid, cinnamon, and stack those with a good anti-oxidant supp. Adding extraneous insulin for a keto diet wouldn't be very helpful- even though it may decrease your own production of slin, you are still adding slin to the mix. You want your systemic levels of insulin, extraneous or otherwise, as low as you can tolerate. Adding the above mentioned will make your body produce alot less insulin in combination with the keto food restrictions.
Slin for the bulking cycle would work well. You will need something with more of a kick than just skim milk though. The protein is great to take with your slin dose- stay away from high fat. The insulin will kick in approximately 30 min later and you should have your first round of carbs/protein then with the larger amount near the peak of the insulin's effectiveness- the 1-2 hour mark. After that just listen to your body and eat as you feel you need to.

the hardest thing for me about using the slin is im doing it after my workout and im so damn hungry but i have to wait a couple hours to eat....but im sticking to the rules to a capital T

Hey thanks for the replies, you two are the ones I learned most of my slin info from. I'm not going to be using the slin after lifting during the cutting. Instead going to use it to force my body into ketosis quicker as outlined in George's article
http://www.elitefitness.com/articles/phenyl-humilin.html

And sorry about implying a milk only on the bulking time, was typing quick :p

What I'm going to do there is start using slin right after I finish my work out, then in 10 to 15 minutes drink a mix of

1 1/4 Protien shake
1/4 wheat flower (low fat)
1 cup fat free milk
1 package sugar free pudding
1 tbsp white sugar

For a total of
Protien 34.00
Carbs 68.10
21 grms Wheat carbs (slow)
11 Grms Lactose (slower sugar)
20 Grms Maltodextrin (sugar free pudding) faster)
12 Grms sugar (fastest)

27.5 Grams of protien is whey
8 Grams from milk
4 from wheat (not really couting it toward formula to slow)
Along with that I'll mix in 5 grams of creatine and L-glutamine

I figured that formula from the .4 gr carb / lb lean body mass, and .2 gr for protien for post work out drinks. And the 68 Grams of carbs worsk well with 7 iu of slin, and may mix in more sugar if I'm using 10 iu by then. Thanks for all the help.
