my body is all out of wack from the long weekend and lots of drinking and partying,aswell as alot on my mind,Im hoping the sleeping pills kick in so
i can get some shut eye soon

I'm here...unfortunately. Not enough sleep, plus pushing myself doing cardio everyday while dieting has me feeling pretty crummy. I hate being tired and run-down.

Tomorrow is my first cheat day...hopefully that rejuvenates me. Carbs tomorrow followed by a sleep-in on Wednesday (no cardio wednesday either since it's the day after leg workout) should have me feeling much better!!!

Here.... again. Damn, this place is kinda addictive. I gotta go back to work at 6pm 2morrow..... for 24 hours. I'm wondering how I will make it. I've only been on here for a couple of weeks and I already find myself wondering what I'm missing on EF when I'm away. The crazy thing about it is I have a really exciting life. I have a kick ass job,planning a wedding(MINE!), teaching my boxer puppy,Outlaw, how to be a T.U.F.F running dog. I have friends. I have a good life. I don't understand. Either way: Yes, I'm here.

I work on an ambulance. Exciting stuff but I catch myself talknig to my partner(at work) about EF in between emergency calls. I'm hooked.I wonder if AG sells a pill for it......
