Insomnia

Hey all, one of my biggest problems is insomnia, or compulsive sleeping. I can fall asleep quite easily in the day when I'm not meant to sleep but find it hard and sleep in often due to it simply being in bed expecting to sleep.

Any ideas or recommendations? I don't really want to become drug dependant.

I am pleased to hear you dont want to use prescriptive drugs, and i had a similar challenge, but i actually use a natural product called ASEA, which has allowed me to sleep at night, and basically heal from excercise and daily grind.

If you want more info let me know by email, but it has solved my stress ans sleep issues in less than a week.
 
I have been experimenting with 5-HTP, GABA, Melatonin (time released) and chromium. The time-released melatonin is pretty darned good. Also, I know it's really, really hard but you should try not to sleep during the day. It could be throwing off your night-time sleep. Good luck.
