insomnia

I think that everyone has said at one time or another that they sleep worse on cycle. There are plenty of over the couter meds and evevn more prescription meds that work great.

SOMA !!! ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

somas work well fast acting and wear off fast. I got a script with for 120tabs 350mgs to pick up when I want. They knock your ass out!

ambien

My first cycle I think I slept for an hour altogether. J/K, but it was like chinese torture not sleepin. I Tries Unisoms, valerian, melatonin, etc...Nothing worked, not even a little, then I got hooked up with some ambien and never had the problem again. Ativan works too, but can leave ya groggy the next day.

i take melatonin every night and it knocks me out. if it doesnt work for u try drinkin some chamomile tea before bed its good for u and it will put u to sleep.

welp, i tinhk ambien is shit 50mg and it didn't do dick, xnax ehh, ativan are good if your sleep is related to anxiety aka aas, if ya want soemthing to knock your ass out try zyprexa its for bipolar but holy shit you won't even make it to your bed you'll be ut in 5 minutes

I have a simpler solution

At least it has always worked for me. 30miutes to 1 hour to bedtime, I consume a high carb meal. Bowl of rice a roni, pasta,
whatever, even a candybar or bowl of icecream. The insulin spike and then crash get me a good nites sleep.

if your having trouble sleeping, maybe try 100mg 5-HTP and 4 Valerian caps...knocks me out.

Relying upon your suggestion, I purchased 5-HTP and it did nothing for me. Maybe it is the Valerian root but 5-HTP doesn't help me sleep.

Oddly noone has mentioned ghb for sleep, and I won't because the 2 times I have taken it it kept me up half the night.

This is becuase ghb temorairly halts the release of dopamine in your brain. Once the gaba-nergic effects wear off, there is a corresponding release of all that dopamine.

I know alot of people don't sleep well on AAS, but to say AAS usage lowers your body's sleep requirement is a misnomer IMO. The AAS usage just hides the mental and physical effects of a mild sleep deficit. Now I am very much anti-benzo, but if you're really getting as little as 1 hour of sleep per night, I would seriously suggest getting a script for ambien. Most docs are not at all afraid to hand out scripts for this benzo-cousin.
