I was lying in bed at 3AM listening to techno/trance on my Ipod to get to sleep....didn't work and my alarm will go off in less than 2 hours. I should veg for another hour then go for a run; then maybe I'll be able to sleep tomorrow nite at least.
album was The Best of Ambient Lounge...good Euro shit, mang. I finally knocked out about 5AM, only to be woken by the dog needing pets at 6AM followed by the alarm at 6:15.
i stayed up 24 straight hours to try to force myself to go to bed early. Yesterday i decided to take a "nap" at about 4pm and i woke up today at 6am. Hopefully after my workout later tonight i'll actually go to bed like a normal person and keep up that habit. I always have a million random thoughts going through my head when i stay up late.
