Im a firm believer in longer cycles as it gives you enough time to make good solid gains. Strength and size are built slowly over time and this allows for that. It does mean you have to take more time in between cycles, but with bridge, sarms, and peptides you can basically make gains year round. So even when Im off, Im still making similar gains with these other great compounds.
