insane headaches while working out..help plz!

has this ever happened to you gus before? the past 2 weeks i have gotten these insane headaches when training, it's like the top of my skull is going to explode. i haven't changed anything i n my diet training or lifestyle. i've never had this happen in 10 years.
any ideas as to why or what would help it? 2 advil before the gym won't work.
i take ephedrine before training and caffiene. also on enth and deca.

any help would be appreciated

Don't try coming off all at once, taper. The crash sucks. Also- you might try lower doses and taking them several hours before you train so there is not the dual elevation of bp from the stimulants and the strain of the workout. I know that you are taking them to help you train, but the crash associated with stimulants can make you into a bear- It just makes me all sleepy and pissed off when I come off. It sounds like your elevated bp is what is giving you the headaches.

something that helped me out a couple years ago...very simple, but it was why I was getting headaches. Are you breathing during your sets? If you hold your breath too much you'll get terrible headaches bro.................MUDVAYNE
 
Are you sure you are getting enough water, I used to get headaches during training if I forgot to drink LOTS of water during the day. How much ephedrine are you taking?
 
Really concentrate on your breathing during your sets for a few workouts in a row. Worked for me. Mine gradualy went away after a couple days.
 
I know exactly what you are talking about, I used to get them too. It is most likely your blood pressure. As far as the stimulants go, depending on what they are they will actually probably lower your blood presure if that is what is causing your headaches. Caffeine and effedrine will both thin your blood, but may cause you to get a different kind of headache unrelated to blood pressure. If you want an over the counter solution to your blood pressure you should try and get something to lower your water retention, if you have any. Holding water added to my headaches and blood pressure last cycle. Try and get some arimidex for that or for a temporary help while your waiting you can go to GNC and get some dandelion root directic to help shed a little water while your waiting. Also, keeping my cardio up helped with my blood pressure last cycle too, I noticed that if I did 20 minutes of intense cardio in the morniing and then lifted in the afternoon I wouldn't get the headaches as bad. They were mainly bad when I would sit down cold on the bench and do a heavy set, felt like someone was bashing my brain with a sledge hammer. ANyway, these are my experiences, hope they can help.

thanks for all your help guys. i take 200 of caffiene and 25mg ephedrine before training. sometimes double but not often. i drink water all day and while training. as for breathing i often hold the breath through the sticking point and then exhale but (which is the proper way if your don't have high bp or on beta blockers) now i have to exhale on the exertion because of the headaches. the problem with that is is only allowing me to maintain my weight and not be able to push myself to go heavier.
i am certified personal training from the nsca so training techniques aren't an issue.
for now i am going to go easy and do more cardio a week or so and then hope it goes away.'
