Hi to everyone!

Im following a new diet in order to gain muscle size naturally before begining an AS cycle. However, I have been reducing measurements (specially in my calves)... so I'm concerned if I'm doing something wrong

I'm 5'5" with 125 lbs. starting with 13.5" calves, 36.5" hips, 22" thighs, 25" waist.
After one week, I have now 13" calves, 36" hips, 21.5" thights and 25" waist

1st meal
2 eggs + 1 egg white + outmeal + 2 nuts + 1 tsp. olive oil glutamine and creatine

2nd meal
Tuna + medium stick of meat + 2 nuts + protein shake + oatmeal + 1 tsp. olive oil

3rd meal
medium stick of meat + small portion chicken + oatmeal + protein shake

4th meal
Tuna + oatmeal + protein shake

5th meal
medium stick of meat + 2 nuts + 1 fruit + protein shake + oatmeal + creatine

6th meal
veggies + small portion chiken

7th meal
small portion chicken + oatmeal + 1 fruit

8th meal
medium stick of meat + veggies + oatmeal + 2 nuts

9th meal
3 egg whites + ½ glass milk + oatmeal + Glutamine + creatine

Do you think I'm missing something? I want to gain mass without too much bf.

I appreciate any comment or recommendation you may give me.

Thank you
:)

That's a lot of meals! How long do you wait between meals? What is the total cal for it? (no portions indicated)

Thanks for your replies. My bf is 12% and the approx calories in my diet are 2800-3000, I wait two hours between each meal and I'm sleeping approx 8 hours :o

Regarding the stick... sorry typo mistake... I meant steak :)

About the portions:

20 - 30g outmeal
120 g Tuna
Meat steak (regular size)
20 g protein shake
small piece chicken (i.e., leg)
1/2 apple or 1/2 grapefruit
veggies: brocolli, cucumber or carrot

Thank you for your help

Good diet - that's a lot of oatmeal though! :) Do you really eat oatmeal 8 times a day??
Don't get me wrong, it is an excellent food, but have you thought about trying to get your carbs from a variety of good sources? (Whole grain bread, brown rice, etc.)

Just a thought . . .

I was also gonna suggest a sweet potato in there -- a friend of mine cut out his oatmeal & replaced w/ a sweet potato & experiences a lot less bloat.

potatoes. . . wonderful food!! :D

whole grain bread is good for you though! Look at the ingredients label on your meal replacement bars and protein shakes - those are long too!

Hi!

Thanks a lot for your valuable responses.
Do you think that if I combine different carbs my diet will be ok now?
