Inner BB day w/SK*

My numbers just keep going down instead of up lol. Actually really embarrased about the numbers lol.

Good thing though, we have pointed my problems: triceps, core, and stability on the bench.

Just gotta work on them, oh and leg drive.

Had tomake it clear that the rest pause meant that i rested the bar on my chest. I was talking to a friend tonight and he made it clear tome that rest pause meant something different.

sorry for the mix up.
