I have injured my bicep from using too much weight on a military press routine (muscle must not have been warmed up enough).
My questions is: Since the bicep muscle is used in virtually every exercise, one way or another (ie. curls, lats, dips, dumbell presses...), how long should I wait until my next cycle? I wonder how long tendon damage takes to heal.
