Injury mid cycle!

I'm 1/3 of the way in on a dbol only cycle. I'm getting dramatic results but last Friday I sprained my wrist doing dumbell bench presses. It got all swollen and hurt like a bitch. I'm hoping to get back to the gym tomorrow for squats. I think I'm just going to use some wrist wraps and pull them tight enough that I can't feel anything.
 
I did something to my wrist on July 3rd while doing side laterals. Ironically enough pressing shoulder & chest movements didn't bother me. Hammer curls did...and I could NOT do a dumbbell lateral. So I got it checked out just in case. Turns out some rest was all I needed.

Point is; better safe than sorry, get it checked out.
 
Yeah, I messed my wrist up on my last cycle doing clean and presses with 275. I was stupid and made it worse the next week...long story short, I should have rested, but instead ended up with a bum wrist for several months.
 
i fucked my wrist last cycle too! except i did it out of the gym and have been completely unnable to train upper body for 10 weeks. lost about 20lbs
 
I didn't realize you used anabolics bigorse, aren't you 16? I'm not trying to put you on the spot, but aren't you afraid of how that will effect your growth and development?
 
other thing is i havent grown for quite a while (i was an early bloomer) and i am happy with my hieght though i believe the hieght thing is abit of a myth from reseach i have done
 
iv only done 1 blast aswell which was when i git injured and was cut short after about 7 weeks
 
Oh wow, I had no clue you were on trt. Was that a choice or was there something that made you have to? Sorry, just intrigues me. You don't have to answer if you don't want.
 
its self prescribed as doctors wpuldnt give it too me but after experiencing all low t sides a had 4 blood test over 6 months all of which my test came back between 170-300. my LH, FSH and estrogen were all fine so hcg or serma wouldn't correct it so trt was the only real option. i waited as long as possible but it never got better. i figure if im going to be on trt i may as well be jacked
 
i was 5 8 207 natty at 15% bodyfat. i got to 217 15% in 7 weeks in my first blast with test and 20mg of dbol

Nice, I thought I saw some pics you posted but thought you said they were old pics. You are really big for your age, I would have had a lot of fun at that size in high school! I got to 220 junior year in football, but I'm 6'2" and only could see 2 of my abs. Haha
 
yeah i posted some old photos when i was natty in a thread but i have a thread i made a few dats ago with my current state. i wish i was a little taller but i dont think its in my cards. how old were you when you started?
 
pm me if you want to know more about my aas and PED use as i dont want to look like im condoning use at my age as i am the complete opposite unless there is a medical condition such as mine.
