I'm 1/3 of the way in on a dbol only cycle. I'm getting dramatic results but last Friday I sprained my wrist doing dumbell bench presses. It got all swollen and hurt like a bitch. I'm hoping to get back to the gym tomorrow for squats. I think I'm just going to use some wrist wraps and pull them tight enough that I can't feel anything.
