Injury before PCT

I've not been around for a few weeks. Honestly I'm a little bummed. 2 weeks before cycle that was going great ended I got hurt at work. I'm a bartender, but a few days a weeks I do A/C work during the day. During an A/C job I hurt an erecter in my back, which pretty much puts me out of the gym for 5 weeks!!!! Not just do I not get to finish cycle, but I won't even br workin out during PCT!! I can't even imagine how much of my gains I'll lose.

Get a good diet and keep your spirit up bro. You will be back before you know it.
 
Yeah bro tryin to get protein intake way up and diet ultra clean do to no excersize. I should be able to do some cardio, incline walk or bike in a week or so I think, at least that will make me feel like I'm doin something. And thanks for the support K to you!!!!

KEEP a positive attitude. work on DIET this week while your down.
 
Yeah that's the plan. recover don't push it to early so I don't make it worse and miss longer. Then I'll just work out natural for a month or two to get strength back. This won't be the worst. I destroyed my shoulder in rugby a few years back, I was out of the gym for almost a year! that was brutal this will at least be managable.
