Injury advice

MGF and GHRP-2

Sup bros! So I have an annoying nagging shoulder injury that isn't serious but is ANNOYING and is preventing me from properly hitting chest and shoulders. I was considering a ghrp-2 and MGF. Stack.. any thoughts?

Any idea on what it is bro? Being a former trainer I'd say rest it from heavy weights and use dynamic stretching techniques if it's just like a minor tear until you're healed. If not you could possibly end up messin it up good.
 
Yes its been bothering me for a while now I just started doing some self physical therapy.

no militaries for a while. no inclines, nothing that will strain that area. listen to your body.. if it hurts then stop. you aren't Brett Favre who can take a painkiller then go out there and get a 500K paycheck per game, he gets paid to play through the pain.. you have to be smart and think of the long term or your problem will become chronic

Agreed. No need in making something minor into major. Sometimes u need to take a step back and take it easy. Then u can kill that shit when ur ready.
