Injury Advice, please help!

Damn am I pissed. I am 2 weeks into a cycle of Deca, Test and Dbol (starting week 3). I front loaded and everything!!

I have gained 10 lbs (I know....a lot of water from the Dbol) but I was in the gym tonight and I was getting ready to do some tricep kickbacks when I felt something funny in my shoulder / tricep area! It was so tight that I wasn't able to do a movement with my left arm...similar to a one arm cable row for back.

must be some sort of rotator cuff pull. I don't know what to do. I have been using a lot of ice and taking some advil. not a lot of pain...I just cant move it certain ways....its REALLY tight!

I hate taking a lot of IB. because it is so hard on the liver.

????? What should I do....should I stop my cycle ????? Will the gear help it at all?

Damn this sucks!!! If you think that I should stop using...how should I clean up? I have all of the clomid, nolv, hcg and prov.

Or do I stay on the cycle for awhile as planned. (I am suppose to take another shot in the AM.)

I injured my shoulder over 12 weeks ago during a cycle if you feel any disconfort training -stop- I finally had to quit training because i was always doing small things to keep it injured. I know-its a bitch!!! RADAR

that sucks to here! Will being on the juice help at all if it is something with the muscle? I was wondering if I should stay on.


Man this sucks....I just started a killer cycle! I was affraid that something like this would happen!!!!


If anyone has any suggestions or insight, I would greatly appreciate it. I am really depressed right now. I was hoping that this would go away fast. It almost feels more like it is in my shoulder (where it inserts into the arm (between the bi and tri mid way down the arm)

Any thoughts would be helpful. If you think that I should stop using gear....let me know what you think the best way to stop is. I have only been on for 2 weeks...going on 3

Actually, taking medications to reduce the pain and swelling slows healing. The swelling causes addition blood flow to the area and enhances healing of tendons/legiments. While it may make your more comfortable it will prolong your healing.

Im currently undergoing prolotherapy in my elbow/shoulder(tendonitis, stretched tendons) and it seems to be helping, I go in again this afternoon for another round of injections.
 
wow....well that really seems to go against what everything else says.....

They say to use ice to keep the swelling down! (for the first 24 hours anyway) Where you in the middle of a cycle when you had to stop?

I don't care about the pain at all....my only concern is not being able to work out and having to stop my cycle.

I still didn't get an answer from anyone to the following question....


"If I had to stop after 2 solid weeks of being on (keep in mind I front loaded etc so I got a lot of gear in me) WHat should I do to come off? HCG, Clomid after 3 weeks? Nolvadex? Proviron. I have all of it. I just don't know what to do in this situation. As soon as I heal up, I am going back on!

Taking care of your shoulder and making sure you do not inflict any more and perhaps permanent damage would be my main concern. That being said, if you cant lift 100% then you wont get 100% from your cycle and risk further damaging your shoulder. I would stop and start post cycle therapy as usual.
 
I was on week 4 when i had to stop, just start post cycle therapy clomid etc......and get some more gear so you'll be good to go when you heal. RADAR
