Injuries suck!

I pulled my erector like a month ago and it is still bad. The only thing I can do is bench and today i pushed alittle to hard and I felt pain. It is so frustrating having an injury. Shouldn't a pulled muscle heal in less than a month?
 
I agree, i've had my first 'injury' in a while, a slightly sprained wrist. Problem is .. well anything thats a push type exercise is out. i can pull stuff no problem so i can keep workin on my back, but chest, bi's, tri's are out.

I guess its cutting time.
