Members, after tearing a muscle, or tendon, or even a ligament, do you think it is a good idea to take juice or go off of it. I have heard that it is best to go off and let the body take over.
But... blood is what heals, and since juice increases blood volume, nutrient absorption, oxygen, etc. it may be better to take the stuff. Probably test, and d's are best. Perhaps worst to take is Winny because this actually pushes the water out of the muscle, making it less elastic and perhaps increasing chances for greater injury. Any thoughts???
