Hi guys!!

Ive been off the gear for nearly five months and unable to train for a large percentage of that so needless to say i have lost alot of wieght. ( 1okg).

I dislocated collar bone and am now on the road to recovery i have got specialist exercises to strengthen the ligaments in my shoulder and am slowly getting back in to my training so what i need to know is will using a/s help or hinder my recovery and if its a good idea then which sort will help the ligaments in my shoulder.

Thanks for taking the time to help me. naughty.

Deca will help....yes, but I would ensure that you're close to, if not 100% when you start. I had my right shoulder totally repaired some years ago, still gives me problems on certain movements.

You'll be fine, just need to endure it a bit longer my friend....

take it slow bro and don't try to push to much

they have therapy for a reason. (it works !) so don't take gear and try to go out there benching what you were 6 months ago. take it lightly and you will see the results and let your therapy instructor bump your weight up.

Be careful bro! Make sure you are 100 percent before you do heavy lifting. Be very careful with the juice! The gear will make you stronger than what your ligaments can handle until they are fully healed. If you aren't careful, you will reinjure those ligaments and have to start all over again.

stay off AS right now. deca can help friction in the joints, but it won't help heal ligament damage. just use this time to recover your hpt-axis so that by the time you're ready to come back to the gym the AS that you do use will have a much stronger effect on you.
