injections

starting my first ever cycle of deca (..and in fact my first cycle of any AS) in a couple of weeks

ive been reading about As's fr a good 3 months now and i beleive im ready.

only thing im a bit concerned about is the old stabbing my ass scenario.

dont reckon i'll have a problem with pushing it in, its taking it out that worries me!
ive read on a couple of sites that its advisable to pull back plunger after pushing the juice in , to see if any blood go's back into the syringe, aparantly if it does it means ive hit a blood vessel and ive got to try again... does this sound right, and do you guys follow this practice?

cheers

You need to aspirate before pushing the juice in. If you draw blood pull out and re-inject and aspirate again. Glutes are rarely veiny as long as you stay up and out. And yes, I always aspirate.

I believe you are supposed to insert the pin, pull back slightly on the plunger to check for blood, and if none is seen, then very slowly push the plunger to inject. When the plunger hits bottom, pull the pin straight out.
