after injecting i felt some of the fluid coming out and actually saw it run out a little.....why does this happen and how do i avoid it?

It's fairly common bro. You can try pulling your skin to one side a bit just before you poke. Inject whatever you have, pull out and the skin will go back to its original location. This will seal off your injection. I believe it's called a Z track or something close to that name.

hate to hijack, but what you doing about the little juice left in the leur lock?

inject more slowly and keep the needle in for 20-30 seconds when you're done
