Injection worry, please help

I have done 2 jabs now and both come up in lumps. Any think it can do to stop this from happening? Anything to worry about?

Where are you pinning and what size pin are you using. Also how fast are you injecting

Glutes. 23g 1 inch smoothly push in.

If your bodyfat isnt low enough the 1inch pin mightnt be long enough for glutes so your not injecting into the muscle.. try delts. Inject very slowly. Then once you have finished leave the pin there for 30seconds. Pull out half way and leave for another 30 seconds.. afterwards massage the area gently and take a warm shower..
