Injection Suggestions??

hey bros, ill be taking 500mg of sust/week, 400mg eq./week, and 75mg of fina eod........i was just curious to hear some suggestions of the easiest and best way to break up the shots and mix which one with which....thanks

I'd shoot the sust and eq together, twice per week.

Then just shoot the fina by itself EOD...

some people take the EQ 200mg/ml once a week; I'd still go with 2x a week, same for the sust.

i agree......take 1cc of eq and sust on monday and thursday.

i usually start with 5 sets of incline barbell, then 4 sets flat dumbell(or hammer strength), then 4 sets incline dumbell flys, then 3 sets of pec deck or cable crossovers.
