injection site question

hi guys please help. I am on 5th week of my cycle test only.my problem is this, i only had a 1 inch pin and shot in my leg,the pin went in skew or at en angle, and now the injection site is swolen alot and it hurts like hell,i always use new needles and pins, and swab and wash my hands,my thinking is that i didnt go deep enough into the muscle tissue,what u guys think and how do i fix it? as always your guys help is greatly appreciated

1" should be fine for quads. I'm assuming that's what you meant by "legs". Just make sure you that injection is perpendicular to the site next time. A little bit of an angle shouldn't be a problem, unless it was extreme and the contents did not penetrate tissue.

1" pin is adequate for quads (not at an angle of course). You may not have gotten all of the oil in the muscle which can make for a painfull and swollen injection site. how long since the shot? If its been days and the pain/swelling is getting worse and warm to the touch then thats reason for concern.

the pin seemed to go in straight,it was only when i pulled it out (slowly) that i saw it,it wes almost like the muscle diverted the pin? kinda hard to explain,anyhow i usually use 1.5 inch pins,22 gauge

ouch! thats a biggie for quads. I use 1" 25g or 23g.

ihave a hard time finding 23g pins that are longer than an inch and my quads are not that painfull for me really although i do them very slowly
