Injection schedule

What would a goo injection schedule be for 10 week cycle of 500/wk test Cyp and 250/wk deca? Help would be appreciated lol.
 
5'7 160lbs if I had to guess somewhere around 12-14%bf. previous cycle SuperDrol only. Worked well starting to come down in weight was 166 at peak. bench 1rp max 265 squat 335 1rp max. Would cyp injection only be once a week because of it being a long esther?

i really wouldnt recommend deca as a first injectible cycle... what are your goals here??

The strength out of it. I already have it I was curious on the inj. Schedule due to it being a long Esther of test I didn't know if it'd change anything
 
Not trying to be negative at all , If anything I'm just trying to help man i think you can gain alot more naturally first you don't look like you've reached your genetic potential what's your diet like? And how old are u I didn't see you post your age. I'm not trying to flame on you bro just tryin to help , the better base you make the better your gains will be in the end
 
I gotcha I'm open to criticism. I'm 22 I could definitely make more naturally but my shoulders are pretty beat up I'm going through some nasty tendonitis in my left wrist and the deca would be nice for my joints. Also it's help y left quad out a bit due to a femur snap 3 years ago lol

I usually pin every 3rd day :example monday/thurs
Bump the deca upto 300mg so pin 250test with 150 deca twice wkly ! E

here we go again..

fix your shoulder... rest rehab.. prehab.

cycle now and there is a good chance you mess your shoulder up for life.

deca does not HEAL anything.. might mask some pain.. causing you to push too hard.. leading to a major injury.. wanna see someone who is miserable.. look at someone after reconstructive shoulder surgery.

you are 22

you are 160

you did 1 cycle

DECA is the last thing you should do

again dont cycle until your shoulder is 100%
 
My shoulder will never be 100% due to my torn rotator cuff. So that miserable person you speak about should be me, I just don't want the surgery yet.
 
I was also screwed in genetics. I'm the bulkiest in my family I started at 140lbs. 3years later I'm at 160lbs. We're all pretty little in my family. 4 younger brothers are the sameness as well as our father.
 
if you dont want surgery there are other ways to rehab it and avoid completely tearing it. once it is completely torn you will need surgery or you wont be lifting much.. and that is what can easily happen if you jump on a cycle now.
 
Especially deca from what I've heard but I am hard headed and like I said I already have my cycle. If all one did was listen He'd never learn...
 
so what you have your cycle.. you dont need to take it now..

good luck i hope you have good medical insurance, can take off time from work, and a very good doctor in your area.

i also hope you dont mind taking months off from lifting.. which im guessing will be hard since you dont want to do that now and would rather jump on a cycle.
 
Lol did none of you body builders play any sports in your life? I can get around the shoulder with different exercises. I'm not a body builder I'm not training to not be able to move. Just strength. I throw people around as well as weight which is why I want more strength. If I hurt my shoulder anymore it'd be because of either a somebody tweaked it a bit too much or I tweaked it spiking someone.
 
yeah it would have nothing to do w/ collagen synthesis, gaining strength quickly, having a false sense of confidence, not resting, etc

again good luck but i think you are making a poor choice when it comes to this cycle..
 
Idk man all I read is you making excuses why you need to juice oh my shoulder oh I have bad genetics oh I'm all messed up from sports. If your 22 with all this issues maybe you need to rethink how you train and treat your body before pumping more shit into it that you really have NO know knowledge of since your asking such a simple question on when to pin deca and test. Come on man pls rethink!
 
Alright I'll rethink.............bam rethought and still the same. If you read properly, you would have known I was asking if you'd pin cyp different due to it being a long Esther. My pin days were going to be Monday and Thursday. Deca would be nice for the shoulders for me but over everything I'm really going to do the cycle because I want to!
