So for a day or two after I inject the area feels kind of bruised. It always goes away but I was just wondering if this is normal. I do quad injections every third day 50mg primo I alternate legs.

Yes, it's rather normal.

primo is thick try massaging after you inject as well as some heat

It is absolutely normal. Although, it will get easier after a few shots, i.e. the pain will last a shorter amount of time. Hope this helps some.

I do massage the area after think. How am I suppose to heat it?

heat pad and using the legs will disperse the oil better

Ok normally I do it before I work out.

i can inject straight oil into my quads and feel it for days
i dont even bother

You can wet a wash cloth and put it in the microwave for 45 seconds. This should be hot enough. I use it on my delts when they are sore and yes the brusing is normal.

And do some walking. Even if it's only around the house for 5 minutes, the extra blood flowing will help a bit to disperse the oil.
