Dear friends!

Just gave my self my first shoot today. And no I didn't start my cycle. I took a B-vitamin shoot! 3cc for my first shoot (pretty proud of my self cause I wasn't sure I could do it, but like everybody says -It's a piece of cake!!)

So back to the tip. Before you start planning your next three months around your cycle and giving a way your hard earned "dead presidents" (money), go to your doctor and ask him to give a prescription on some B-vitamines and see if realy can handle giving your self a shoot.

And remember to pull it of, it's all in your head. If put t
your mind to hit you can accomplish greatness!!
