Its so easy to inject yourself its rediculas (unless you've just gotten too damn big to be able to reach those places, lol). There is a thread that you can search for called "Injection Spots" i think that will give you some really good info... but I can give you a basic run down of what I do.

I get out of the shower. Grab my syringe that I loaded up before I got in the shower. Turn about a 45 degree angle to look in the mirror (not really needed anymore cause im so used to it). You do not want to inject in the Glutiusmaximus, you want to inject in the GluiusMINIMUS.

taking anything orally is not going to be equally as effective as injecting. But quite a lot of people take Winny orally.

What (I feel) IS wrong, is coming here to a respectable AAS forum, and CHEAPENING this entire board by acting like Anabolic Steroids are "Mentos", and all your trying to figure out is what flavor you should go with.
