well guys i took your guys advice and im running sust at 250mg/ewx10weeks
and tbol at 80mg/ed

i injected today...it was all good
for my workout
today was chest day and this is how i did it...

Bench press:
12,8,6 reps

Incline Bench Press:
10,8,6

Flat Dumbell Press:
8,6 reps

Decline Bench Press:
12,8,6,4 ( really need my lower chest)

Pec Dec
10,8,6,4

and i was done... might have over worked my chest but...i dont think so im feeling good...but well see in the morning

when is it best to... do cardio?
 
what ever works for you, imo i dont do cardio before training cause it tires me for my training.


AND I dont do it after cause I am exhausted from training that is just me.

I do it seperatly
 
oh okaayy, but bro whats the best way to workout your lower chest?...im lagging it alot upper chest is really comin out ...while the bottom is just flat...makes my nipples look really puffy not circular or whatever shape?
i do decline bench... should i do bench dips?
 
for me decline and dips are the best for me, make sure u concentrate on the excercise.

also overhead dumbell extension (ala arnold chest excercise) works also.
 
I thought pull overs have never been proven to help the chest like Arnold used to think. His theory was that it expanded the rib cage, which doctors find to be false.
 
Cycle looks good bud! Thats a lot of Work for your chest, for me it would be over training but what ever works for you. IMO the best time to do your cardio if you don't have time to hit the gym twice a day would be post workout.

oops i 4got to tell you guys i also did triceps today...

but i will fill you in on my back and bicep workout tomorrow:)
 
Try working out back and tri's, chest and bi's. The pre-exhaustion I get when working the big muscle doesn't allow me to lift heavy with the small muscle.

for me I really feel it in my outer and inner chest if you focus on your chest if you dont it will become a lat excercise also.


i do it as a finishing excercise

i do sets similiar except before the first exercise i do a weight that i can hit 20 reps at to warmup
 
cardio should be done 8 hours apart from weight training.

thats a decent sized tbol dose for a first timer.

take it down to 9 sets for your chest..honestly, if you're able to do that much volume, I'm thinking that your intensity level might not be there.

3 heavy flat, 3 heavy incline, 3 heavy flys.
