Injectable Vit. C, D and, B12

Hello EF, I'm looking for information on injectable vitamins. I'm interested in C, D and B12. I remember a sponsor that carried B12, don't remember whom though. Also looking to learn how to inject them.

Why would you want to use injectables?

Orals aren't efficient. Also to get the amounts I want I'd have to eat a lot of pills. 8000iu of D, 10g of C and I'm not sure about the amount of B12. There's a Vit C IV but I don't know about iV injections.

B-12 is the most effective vitamin when injected, the others do not need to be taken through injection, take fats with Vitamin D.

Bro,Injectable b12 is good and so is sublingual .

But whats with the crazy high doses of D and C ?
