injectable carnatine is a a complete waste IMO. i know there are ppl who claim to have had results with it, but i didnt. the localized fat loss was so minimal it wasnt even worth it. that and for some reason those injections would always leave me with painless black and blues where ever i injected. i never bruised when injecting anything else sub-q. when im using something to help improve the aesthetics of my body and it leaves me looking like an aids patient with leasions all over i would not call it a good product
