Injectable B12

Anyone use injectable B12 if so did you like it and at what dosage and how many times per week did you use Thanks -Moose

I'll let the users of it chime in. But it won't be any more effective for you unless you actually have a B12 deficiency AND your body is not absorbing oral B12 for some reason.

It may be a needless injection that can expose you further to the risks of injecting like infection or accidentally shooting into a vessel.

Go for a b complex tablets..........for me I use them for liver maintainance and it get me hungry when I'm bulking.....

No need for injection unless you need a boost due to exaustion or stress.......

i used the b-complex liquid drops they didnt seem to work for me and i used as directed 1cc 3 times a day

I use 2 ml a week...BUT like someone said uptop i have a deficency and even now that my levels are high it does nothing extra for me...

i use it, i'm using it quite often, have more energy, and am losing a little body fat too. not sure if the fat loss is from the b12 or not, i just know if i take an injection at night, i'm up all night. not speaking for everyone else, but it works for me and my wife. it only costs $5 for a 30 ml vial(my doc wrote me a script). the first week i pinned it 5 times, every week there after i've pinned it between 1 - 3 times. i have avoided several bugs from my kids lately(colds and such) as well. so, in my opinion, it's well worth it, especially for $5. it takes a lot to build up the reserve in your system, you're not going to get the same result from orals. i have a buddy whose a pharmacist who says oral supplemental b12 is shit, and he's the one who explained how to get the most out of it. just my 2, and i hope this helps.

Why would you inject vitamins into your system?! Just take a tablet man...it's much easier....
P.S. you can inject pretty much anything into your system, if you don't mind the side effects :P

conventional docs will tell you that unless you have a malabsorbtion problem (usually in much older population than here), oral would be effective.

BUT, some users of b-12 shots swear by them.

you might try a middle ground and do sublingual b-12 or a transdermal version which bypass the gastrointestinal tract

Its a water soluable vitamin you wont store a lot of it if any. You basically use what you need and piss out the rest.

Kinda reminds me of the rhetorical neverending question, "Why inject winny when you can just drink it?". Anyway, I thought that I read that the oral B-12 is not fully absorbed or used by our bodys whereas the injectable B-12 is utilized more effectivly. I constitute my HgH and HcG with B-12, and I take Kynoselene, so I get my injectable B-12 that way. Does it do anything? I don't know but it sure does make the HcG and HgH a pretty color.

I constitute my human growth hormone - somatropin - and HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - with B-12, and I take Kynoselene, so I get my injectable B-12 that way. Does it do anything? b12 is way more effective if injected. that buddy of mine said that the pill form was pretty much useless. and i talked with another md who basically said the same thing. he also said something about it getting built up in the liver and how it does something yada yada yada...not sure about that either. my mom was a nurse for 25 years, so i understand the what you don't use you piss out theory. that's why when he said that, i was a little perplexed. but, i do know that using it the way he prescribed has a very pronounced effect, and i'm not one of those it's all in my head cases either- uh i don't think-j/k LOL seriously, it works for me(and the wife begs for her injections weekly, so i think it's safe to say it works for her too). It does for some, but not for others, maybe the others need to talk to my pharmacist friend :D

also- how in the world do you have risk with injections?? i know the risks, but come on, let's get real on this one. so we're going to say it's ok to inject a compound from an underground lab, but not some vitamin from a pharmacy?? and if you know how to pin, you're going to be ok. i've been stuck about a million times- literally. and i've yet to get an infection or abcess. as long as you use a new needle for every pin, use a different one for drawing, and don't store your gear in the toilet, i think you'd be safe to say you're going to be alright.

Unless you are lacking B12 you'll just piss it out.
No harm, try it and see if you feel better.
If you use any of the heartburn medications that reduce the production of stomach acid (like tagamet) then you are very likely to need extra B12 , that is how I found out.
I use 1200cc every other week,

ps : also good to mix w/ HGC instead of water

I use it every week on cycle or not. I use the synthetek time released needing only 1-2 inject per week.
