Injectable anadrol problem HELP

I recently bought some injectable oxymethelone. I made the sad mistake of injecting it. I can barely move my leg, and yesterday I had a 101 fever which now went down. What should I do?

Can't see a doctor. I have some problems I can't talk about. If I publicize the stuff I'm doing I could wind up with alot more problems then a bad leg.
