inject Testo C - how often?

Im doing 350mg test e once a week now. If it gets to bad I will split the dose 2x a week.

I am currently using test c for my first cycle. I am injecting 400 in the delts once a week now with little to no pain. Wasn't sure myself on once or twice a week but most of the profiles on test c I read said that it had a half life of 6-7 days and worked fine once a week.

How often do you inject your testo c?

Every fifth day or is it okey to inject it every 7 day insteed?
